What the Nagi Noda

I usually enjoy meeting new people. It's fun to meet friends of friends or just anyone really. Generally people are pretty fascinating but man, I wish I could climb into the head of art director Nagi Noda. She's responsible for that poodle fitness video you couldn't stop watching but besides that little gem, has a very interesting collection of work you can view on her website.

Cafe Gratitude

My friend Mark took me to a great raw restaurant in SF and I haven't had a chance to ask him for the name until recently. Cafe Gratitude has several locations. Mark and I ate at the one in the mission district on Harrison street. I can't remember exactly what we ate but was pleasantly surprised that the food was tasty and filling.

Oh Crap

For this year's Cosmoprof trade show, our company stayed at casino New York, New York. It was nice upgrade from the Excalibur. After taking a nice shower the last night before leaving, I reached for my pajamas that were resting on the speckled granite sink counter-top. Instead of grabbing the pajama shirt resting at the top of the pile, I pulled on the pajama bottom and watched as the pajama top fell into the hotel toilet. I tried to pull out the pajama top but it had already soaked up much of the water in the toilet. Yuck.

Soup-er Shower

Some of you know of Bill's peculiar showering habit. One day I came home to find a empty can of Campbell's soup sitting on the bath tub rim. Not being able to figure out how the can had come to be perched so precariously next to the shampoo and conditioner, I asked my husband.

Me: How did this get here?
Bill: I was cold
Me: When?
Bill: When I was taking a shower.
Me: Is this a white people thing?

I'm tempted to leave a Molly Coddle Soap in the shower.

Bill is the mac

I love my husband! I came home last night to a new Mac and found that Bill had already completed the necessary software updates, registration, and thoughtfully loaded the newest version of CS3. I love this computer man.
